I am an alumni of Lovely Professional University and I have knowledge about this that in LPU there are a limited number of students in each batch so that individual attention of the teachers can be there on each student. There are 60 students are divided per section. And 60 is the ideal number to have in ine section. The lecturer can give equal attention to the students. And that will be easy to understand the topic in a small class. Also, the number gets lower if it comes to Labs. A section is divided into 2 groups A & B. One group can have a maximum of 30 students.

Hi there, I am an alumnus of LPU. I have done BCA at LPU is a place where a person can learn many things. The main thing I have learned is management and discipline. In my class their were around 60 students, and they have increased the number as a experiment to 69 in last 2019 after that lockdown comes in existence, and we were at home now they tend back to 60 and government reduced the amount unto 50% due to COVID-19 for social distancing now this is the whole scenario but on an average 60 students for a lecture and 30 for lab and there are 2 groups in a section. I hope this will help.
