How many students are there in the 1st year of CSE branch?

Is it true that even after students getting placed here many few get their job letter?

Students getting placed are also offered job letters and they are working with top MNC's.
It never happened in LPU that a student is selected but he isn't offered any letter. Eligible students are placed well and working with a great package. -

We have different programmes like pass programme (B.Tech 4 years) ,Hons programme, Integrated B.Tech+M.Tech, integrated B.Tech+MBA, Dual Degree B.Tech+M.Tech, Dual Degree B.Tech+MBA and Specialized B.Tech Programmes.
Each of these Programmes has different number of seats. In certain case it’s 480 and in some cases it’s lesser also. In case of honors it is 90 or 120. You have heard wrong about placements. All selected candidates get offer letters. Our students are working with MNC's at lucrative packages. We never came across any case where a student got selected but does not have an offer letter. Hi,
I don't know about the exact numbers, but the fact is that which I know as my friend has completed his CSE from LPU that students are distributed in section appropriately so that they get complete focus in theory, tutorial and practical classes. For placement every one who is selected by the company gets the offer letter.
