The Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has 152 seats for its MBA program.

The SJMSOM gives a high weight to the CAT score in the admissions process. The final cutoff weightage is 70% from the CAT, 5% from the 12th grade, 5% from graduation, 5% from post-graduation, and 10% from gender diversity.

The SJMSOM has a consistent record of 100% placements over the years. The average package for MBA graduates in 2023 was INR 28.88 lakh per annum, with the highest package recorded at INR 54 lakh per annum.
