How many students can do a MBBS at AIIMS Hyderabad?

In every AIIMS colleges the no. Of seats for MBBS course are limited. The seats are of 100. These seats are distributed among them in category wise. Mainly the seats are provided to minor category students like ST, SC And physical handicapped students. In my opinion the seats should be distributed equally to every category students and should increase the size of seats in every college because. Every year Lakhs of students are appearing NEET Examination but only 100 students are eligible for getting admission in AIIMS colleges .
