    There are around 101 seats at AIIMS Nagpur that are available for MBBS admissions. Candidates are alloted these seats based on the scores obtained by candidates in the NEET entrance exam. Out of the 101 seats, only 51 seats are available for the general category while the rest are reserved for non-general category candidates.     AIIMS Nagpur offers a total of 105 MBBS seats, out of which 51 seats are allocated for general category candidates, and the remaining seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

    The distribution of seats is as follows:

    • General Category: 51 seats
    • OBC: 27 seats
    • SC: 15 seats
    • ST: 8 seats
    • PwD: 5% seats in each category

    These seats are subject to change, and it is advisable to refer to the official website or contact the institute for the most current information.

    AIIMS Nagpur offers a total of 100 MBBS seats.AIIMS Nagpur only offers admission to its MBBS programme based on NEET UG results. In order to be eligible to study an MBBS at AIIMS Nagpur, candidates must pass the NEET UG admission exam and obtain the necessary qualifying score, as determined by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for that academic year.

In case of MBBS at AIIMS Nagpur, the total expense of the complete course of 5.5 years is approximately INR 6080. This can be paid at the beginning of admission as an entrance fee to cover tuition fee. Hostel charges are different, about INR 4,228 per annum. Being a candidate under the SC category, although the SC category is not eligible to receive concessions in the tuition fee as compared to other categories in the AIIMS institutes, you are eligible to receive a concession in admission with NEET cutoffs.

 For MBBS at AIIMS Nagpur, via SC category you'll likely need around 640–680 marks in NEET. Last year, admission went through at approximately 674 marks for SC students in 2024 .So, scoring above 650 marks gives you a good chance this year. Just keep an eye on official counselling updates after the results.
