    The intake is different for different programmes available in Indian Law Institute:

    • P.hD in Law max intake is 9 students.
    • L.L.M maximum intake is 39 students.
    • PG Diploma - Alternative dispute Resolution 100 students, Corporate Laws and Management 100 students, Cyber Law 60 students, Intellectual Property Right Laws 60 students and Labour Laws 60 students.

Indian Law Institute LLM degree admissions are based on the following eligibility criteria:

  • A Law degree from a foreign university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade as per AIU Guidelines
