The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) of West Bengal offers the Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) which is a two year course recognised by the Government of India. NIPM has membership of approximately 10,000 members who are spread over 53 chapters all over the country, thus showing popularity of the programs.
