There are currently two different entrance exams to enroll in RIE – Ajmer, depending on the course, with different application fees. The NCET conducted by NTA requires an application fee of INR 650-INR 1,200, depending on the social/economic background of the candidate. Whereas the CEE conducted by NCERT requires an application fee of INR 800-INR 1,400, depending on the social/economic background of the candidate.

RIE – Ajmer offers only an online mode of applications, with prospective candidates having to apply for either CEE or NCET, depending on their preferred course. Candidates must apply for either the entrance exam through the NTA portal for NCET or the CEE portal hosted by NCERT.
