Dear Ommkar, I was also an MBA student from LPU. I had many friends from Odisha at LPU. My one friend is still in the 2nd year of the MBA programme. Every year about 50+ countries students' comes to study in LPU. Placement: Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Lovely Professional University is the largest single-campus university from students coming across the different states of India and also from the rest of the world. Lovely Professional University is actually the best example of Unity in Diversity. This is because it has people and their values from different States and Countries that increase the richness in the cultural scenario in LPU. There are definitely students from Punjab, but it is not like the majority of the admissions are from Punjab, there are other states also like, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Nagaland, Odisha, Kolkata, Assam, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram etc. Indeed in my own batch I had 6 girls from various parts of Odisha who were doing engineering with me. We celebrate ONE INDIA &amp; ONE WORLD events in LPU to celebrate the UNITY in DIVERSITY.
