Dear Eshwar,
There are many subjects you will learn including both theoretical and labs in BSc Agriculture programme. To the best of my knowledge, you would have a maximum of 10 subjects including theory and lab.
LPU is the first private university that got approval from ICAR.
(i). The school of Agriculture was approved for accreditation for a period of five years with a GPAC of 3.42
(ii) The following degree programs were approved for accreditations for a period of five years
BSc. (Hons.) Agriculture with GPAP of 3.72
Placement: LPU students got top packages from leading Agriculture companies. Students of the School of Agriculture are placed in Dhanuka, HDFC Bank, Reliance retail, Syngenta, Bio Seed, Nestle, Smur Agro, VLCC, Virbac, Sanra organics, and many more. The highest package of this programme at LPU is 19.25 LPA and the average package is 3.4 LPA.
Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students with good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement. LPU also helps students in the Education loan facility.
Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities all over the world.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything.
