    Dear Vikas18001,
There is no fixed percentile level (upper and lower) for both general and other categories. It is subjective for IIM Shillong as your academic background, 10th, 12th and graduation scores, work experience, diversity that you bring to the batch etc. factors are also given considerable importance.
    Hope it helps!
    Thanks

The trend has been that SC candidates having a percentile of about 85 made it to the final admission. Its hard to say about cut offs as fluctuations are high and a lot depends on your academic performance over the years. Low percentile with good academic background can get the final admission call. It also generally depends on your performance in the interview.
