How many times GRE exams are held in a year? Can you share the dates for the same?

You can take the computer delivered GRE general test once every 21 days up to five times within any continuous rolling 12 months period (365 days). Currently the dates are as 29th October, 2016 and 8th April, 2017.

The GRE test or GRE General TEST is held throughout the year. However, a student can appear once every 21 days and maximum 5 times a year. The GRE test center provides it. You must return all sheets before leaving. You can not bring your own pens or paper into the room. So, keep these things in mind.

No. The shorter GRE format (1 hour 58 minutes) has no scheduled breaks. Leaving the room for any reason will not stop your exam timer. However, you can have water or use washroom but timer will not stop.
