How many times in a year is the GATE exam conducted?

<p>The GATE examination is held only once a year. Generally, it is conducted on weekends for the convenience of aspirants in February. For the forthcoming academic year, the GATE 2025 exam is scheduled to take place on February 1, 2, 15 &amp; 16, 2025. One can appear for the GATE examination any number of times.There is no restriction on the number of attempts. Before completing the form, candidates should familiarize themselves with the eligibility criteria for the GATE 2025 exam</p>
