How many times is CUET conducted in a year?

National Testing conducts CUET UG exam annually. Candidadates who will register for CUET 2025 exam will have to report at the alloted exam centre on given date and time, failing which such candidates will not be able to appear for the exam again in the current academic year. CUET 2025 will be a Computer Based Test. CUET exam for each subject will be scheduled in multiple sessions depending upon the number of registrations recieved for each subject.

CUET is conducted once a year. There was initially a proposal to hold it twice a year, but that hasn't been implemented yet.
- Traditionally, and currently in 2024, CUET is held annually.
- There are separate exams for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses.
- These exams are conducted in different months, but within the same year.

The Christ University Entrance Test is held only once a year in two or three sessions. This year the exam is being conducted in three sessions. The exam will be conducted in an internet-based test mode.
The Christ University Entrance Test is an undergraduate entrance test conducted for admission to B Tech, BBA, BBA (Hons), BBA (Finance and International Business), BBA (Finance and Accountancy), BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), LLM, B Com (Hons), B Com (International Finance), B Com (Professional), BA-CEP and BHM.

The CUET exam is conducted once a year, but in multiple phases over a window of 10 days. The number of days of the exam may be increased or the dates may be extended in case of unforeseen events such as cancellation of exams, technical glitches, etc. Previous year, as many as 27 lac students appeared for CUET exam 2023 which was held from May 21 to June 23, 2023 in nine phases in 387 cities across India and 24 cities outside India for about 14,90,000 candidates. CUET 2023 exam was held in three slots including first shift between 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, second shift between 12 Noon to 2:00 PM and third shift between 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
