B.Com or B.Com(honors) both are a 3 year Undergraduate degree programme. There are many colleges and universities in India that provide this degree. Delhi University attracts the most crowd of B.Com aspirants. There are many other institutions that you can join after your 12th.

You need to complete B.Com Programme within 3 years, and this is as per UGC guidelines .
But, before entering into this programme, you should plan your career goal and accordingly you need to choose the field.
