How many years does it take to graduate (B.Tech) and post-graduate (M.Tech) from an IIT?

Graduate degrees (B.Tech) offered by IITs are of four years duration. M.Tech is of two years duration. Some of IITs also offers 5 years integrated B.Tech-M.Tech programs in few subjects.
