    There are no particular criteria like that. But, if you happen to have such experience it is beneficial for you as you can learn more and reach out on its practical life.

    It is like the more you are experienced the better you will perform. So, there is no bench mark about number of years, it depends upon how much you have learned from you experience.

    Generally, there are no specific years of experience mentioned by the colleges to pursue a part-time MBA in HR. At least 1-2 years should be sufficient.
