Hi For Master's in engg, you need 4 yrs bachelor's like b.tech/BE. Some universities do require work exp. or may be first year in master's as some degrees are of a year and few are of 2 yr duration.

Most of the PG engineering programs in the UK are for one year. However, there are a few programs that offer one year internships along with one year of coursework. Hope this helps!
