    This would depend upon three factors namely: your work experience i.e the nature of work you have done right from the grass root level. Secondly, your qualification for the managerial job in the concerned organization, and lastly your willingness to take a risk in switching jobs where in spite of lower rank, in the beginning, you expect better growth.
