How many Yoga colleges are there in India?

There are about 400+ best Yoga colleges in India. Among these, 200 colleges are privately owned, 140 colleges are owned by public/government organisations, and 20 colleges are owned by public-private entities. Students can secure their admission as per their Class 12 results, but also some universities take entrance exams for admissions like CUET and CUET-PG. University of Patanjali, Uttarakhand Open University, College of Ayurved, UNIPUNE, and K J Somaiya Institute of Dharma Studies are some of the famous Yoga institutes in India.
