How much amount can I get as stipend while pursuing Ph.D in engineering?

If you are a fellowship holder like CSIR-JRF, UGC-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, UGC-RGNF, etc., you will get Rs. 25,000 + Rs. 7,500 HRA per month and Rs. 20,000 contingency per annum. But if are not a fellowship holder, then you will get stipend depending on the university or college you join.
