how much an experience of 1 yr at the tym of filling form will contributed towrds gettin an IIM call?

I have 80% in 10th,62% in 12th,81% in engineering,currently working at TCS for past 7 months,will be applying for CAT'11,how much my work ex will contribute and what is the tentative %ile I must secure to recive a call from IIM's?

Anand, Exp is not a matter to get an admission in IIMS,so rather wasting a precious 1 year u can try to some other good colleges better u can call me so i can guide u shabbar khan 9619708907 counselor
