Hi Amit, the minimum requirement of IELTS for Bachelors Degree is 6.0 with no band less than 5.5. For some institutes the requirement could be higher. If you score less than 6 bands you may opt for Diploma courses in Engineering though these options will also be limited.For more information, you m

There is no common IELTS band as such. However an overall IELTS band of 7, will ensure that you get into a good university. Some of them consider individual band scores, during the selection process.
