How much beneficial is it for a Wipro employee working as a senior software engineer to pursue MBA program offered by Wipro?

A company like Wipro that offers MBA programme will actually be good enough to pursue for upgrading oneself academically. Definitely the company would partner only with those who fulfill their standards of commitment for the course. It will enable you to further grow as good managers with the organization. Many companies offer such courses so that they can develop good managers to fulfill their requirements instead of hiring someone from outside. Moreover, you could also make a lateral movement in your career in future with the same organization if you wish so.
