The detailed criteria for this year with specific weighatge will be released soon after declaration of CAT 2016 results. Please keep checking our official website http://dms.iitd.ac.in/mba-full-admission.html for further details. As per Last year's data (don't firmly rely on them, this is just for guiding purpose), the weighatge were like this:
Weightage for GD&PI short-listing (SI):
Weightage for CAT Score = 60
Weightage for Bachelor Degree = 15
Weightage for 10+2 Class marks = 10
Weightage for 10 Class marks = 05
Weightage for Work Experience = 05
Weightage for Additional Qualification = 05
Total Wt. for Shortlisting Index (SI) = 100

No, work experience is not mandatory but you get points for the same. There is no such CAT cut off as the institute releases a profile based shortlist.
