On an average, if you put in Rigorous and Sincere Preparation through good Coaching centers for atleast 2 years, then there is no reason why IAS cant be cleared in first attempt. You can google for the interviews for such people. Follow their trend and have the same Zeal.

There are some examples we can find in the history of IAS exams ...
where students clear there IAS with there 1st attempt...
Its depends on the preparation with little bit of luck...
