How much credibility Kaplan Degree has globally.

As I have done my HSC Science & am attracted to a fast track 24 months degree from Kaplan Singapore in the area of my interest Cyber Forensics, which are the other places to compare for a good value to our money and is there a better and more economical college to get this degree, in or beyond.
