Scoring is one part of getting an admission in IIM. They check your overall profile like relevant work experience, academics, extra curricular and your CAT score. To get a call from IIM, Bangalore you must score above 97 percentile. As said earlier even scoring above 97 percentile is not confirmed that you will get a call. All depends on your profile. Score high and let's hope for the best.

To seek admission into IIM-B you need to score at least 50% marks at graduation exam and must get 98+ percentile score at CAT. You also need to perform well at the personal Interview (PI). However, the percentile required will depend a lot on the score of other students as well.

    Hi Darshan,
Not to discourage you, but it is highly unlikely that you will get a call from IIM-Bangalore at these 10th and 12th scores (unless you get 100 percentile) as they carry significant weights for calculating the composite scores. Having said that, there are many other good MBA colleges that you can get if you score a good CAT percentile. So, my advice would be to not limit yourself to aim by aiming for a particular CAT score but rather aim to score as high as possible. Good scores do speak for themselves. All the best.
