How much do I have to score to get admission in B.Tech in IT in Singapore? How can I get scholarship for the same?

Hi,
A first class is required. At least 70% is recommended for NUS or NTU. Since different universities would be having different requirements it is best you check on the university websites. Scholarships are on merit basis, the stronger your academic profile is higher the chances of a scholarship are.
