To be on the safer side you need more than 99 percentile.

FMS selection criteria does not give any weightage to 10th, 12th, grad marks or work ex. in general category, any score above 99.75 percentile should confirm a seat in FMS and for any score between 99.3-99.75, one has to do really well in interview-extempore round for securing admission in FMS.
