Your graduation score won't fetch you admissions in XLRI. However it would be helpful to maintain a good, academically sound profile. Which would help you in placements. For XAT cutoffs change every year, last year it was around 94 percentile for HRM and 96 percentile for BM.

Different colleges give different weight to academic marks(10th, 12th and graduation). There is no specific cut off for percentage in graduation per se but, try to get maximum marks to increase the chances of final selection. You need at least 96 percentile in XAT for admission in XLRI.
