How much do I need to score in 12th (HSC) for pursuing engineering?

Through JEE Mains 2017 to get admission in NITs, IITs and IIITs, you need to have minimum 75% in class 12th for general candidates and 65% for SC/ ST candidates. The score of class 12th has no role for ranking determination in JEE Mains 2017.
