How much do I need to score in CAT and XAT to get into a good B-School?

I am pursuing agricultural engineering currently and belong to general category.

To get in top IIM's say A-B-C, you should score above 99 percentile. For XAT again you should have scored about 95 percentile. In IIM's academic background is also an essential factor. Good luck!

If you are targeting the top colleges then you need to score at least 80+ in both the exams. Compared to CAT, XAT is more tough but if you work hard you can definitely get into the top colleges through these entrances.

To get into the top 30 MBA colleges, you need to score in between 80 percentile to 100 percentile in CAT. XAT is the exam for Xaviers' institute mainly, but many top institutes also accept XAT score so again you need to score around 80 to 100 percentile in it.
