How much do I need to score in CAT? Is CAT difficult? What is the selection process?

I have 60% in 10th, 55.4% in 12th and 65% in B.Tech.

If you are aiming for IIMs then for general category the cutoff is around 98 percentile. Other good colleges for PGDM are IFMR, GLIM and KJ Somaiya. CAT has quantitative, grammatical and logical reasoning. Difficulty level is high in any 1-2 sections of the paper.

For the best colleges in India you should get 90+ percentile. Difficulty depends on person to person. Selection process everywhere is mostly get CAT score, followed by college shortlist and then written exam and interview.
