For admission in DMS, IIT Delhi, you need to score above 97 percentile in CAT exam. As per trends, cut off was above 97% for general category.

There is no specific percentile cutoff in DMS IIT delhi but yes try to get atleast 95+ if you are general category and similarly for other categories, so that it aids in your profile scores.
