For getting a government medical college for MBBS you need to just have more than 50% in Class 12th. But you need to score a Very good rank in NEET which is the medical entrance exam for MBBS. -
In 12th Board examination, you need to secure atleast 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. This is the minimum eligibility criteria for NEET.
