How much do I need to score in graduation to get calls from B-schools for MBA? I have scored 78% in 12th (CBSE) and 78% in my graduation.

50% is the minimum requirement, but the top b-schools shortlist students for GD/PI on the basis of their past scores. So, the more you score in graduation, the merrier it is.
