Sir JJ College of Architecture is one of the best college in Maharashtra. The number of seats for a general candidate are very less. If you are a male candidate, it is even worse. The admission process is through DTE website and the only other college that competes in this process is Rachna Sansad A

But they have asked for 50% and above in 12th, no where they have mentioned about percentile.

Preferably about 90% in your HSC and 100+ in NATA can get you a seat in Sir JJ College of Architecture.
