Sir JJ College of Architecture is one of the best college in Maharashtra. The number of seats for a general candidate are very less. If you are a male candidate, it is even worse. The admission process is through DTE website and the only other college that competes in this process is Rachna Sansad AOA.
To get admission as a general candidate, you need to have a rank under 30. To achieve that rank, you need to obtain an aggregate of 150+, which is calculated by considering 50% your NATA score + board percentile.
For JJ College, you need to have at least 85% in the class 12th.

Preferably about 90% in your HSC and 100+ in NATA can get you a seat in Sir JJ College of Architecture.
