Hello Aditya, this year AIR is based on only marks obtained in JEE Mains hence last year's data is of no use. However I feel that if you score more than 180 in JEE Mains then your chances appear to be quite bright.

But sir, if I do Diploma (Polytechnic), then I can go direct in 2nd year through VOCLET only after class 12th and after class 10th, I have to appear for JELET, and then it takes 3 years.

You didn't mentioned private or government. Incase for private you should have 100+ or even 90+. For government,120 will take you to top NIT's and will also qualify you for JEE Advanced. If you are SC reserved,85 is fine to get into NIT's ,same for ST reserved too.
