Yes, you can go for CSE from other college but if you are going for CSE, first find out which college had signed MOU with some MNCs or Pvt. Ltd. to make students upgrade their cooperate skills before going to the join any firm.
They will teach you how to work on live projects to let you know how corporate world works.
They will let you sit in interview but the thing is you have to crack interview on your own.

For NIT-T the cutoff are highest comparatively , you should score at least 230 marks in Jee mains to get admission to CS .
