How much do I need to score in TANECT to get admission? Do I have to appear for any GD/PI, if I will clear TANCET?

There wont be GD/PI if you come through TANCET councelling. There is no cut off for tancet marks. PSGIM being one of the top college most of the tancet top mark scorers try to opt for psgim. So it's hard to tell the exact marks. It depends on how people select colleges in counseling.
