Dear Vishvesh24992,
There is no specific trend in cutoff marks as such. It varies with the difficulty of the paper. Just to illustrate this, Cutoff (score) for SCMHRD for 2015 and 2016 batches were somewhere around 97 and 70 respectively because of the difficulty of the paper in 2016. That's why percentile system has been put in place, which is a better demonstrator of a candidates performance.
