How much do I need to score to get into FMS? I have scored 90, 73 and 75% in 10th, 12th and B.Tech respectively.

Your past academic scores do not matter.
Score well in CAT and you will be through.
Score above 99.8 percentile to have it easy in the PI round and convert FMS.
