How much does academics matter with work experience of 2.3 years to get into a B-School?

Dear Shashwat Mishra, Academics matter for some business schools. However, you should be able to justify if there is any drawback. Work experience is necessary for business schools. Therefore, both are important to join best the business schools like Welingkar, etc. All the best.

Although it varies from college to college, but It doesn't matter much if you have a good amount of work experience. You should be eligible to apply for MBA programs. Maximum B-Schools keep a minimum of 50% in graduation as the eligibility criteria.
