Tution Fees : Tution fees at LPU depends on students caliber and you can avail maximum scholarship on tution fees. Tuition fees varies from course to course. For BCA per semester fees without scholarship is 68,000 INR. Different types of Scholarship available are :

The tuition fee is Rs. 60,000 per semester that makes Rs. 3,60,000 for 3 years. 4-seater room non-AC costs Rs. 49,500 per year that makes Rs. 1,48,500. Mess fee is Rs. 34,000 per year that makes Rs. 1,02,000. So, overall cost is 360000+148500+102000=Rs. 6,10,500 -
If you are specific to BCA programme it's fees is Rs. 68,000 per semester without a scholarship for academic session 2020-21. Now for a hostel, you need to be specific to seater. As in LPU hostels are divided as 1 seater-for single person, 2 seater- for two persons and likewise, it goes on. The fee per semester for BCA is Rs.68000 without scholarship and the hostel fee depends on the seat which you will opt for along with the facilities.

The programme fee will depend upon the choice of the course and the university you are applying for. Similarly, hostel facility is provided in different categories like standard rooms, apartments and dormitory. Moreover, the fee will vary according to the seater opted by you (from 1 to 6 seater) or any other seater specifications available in a particular college or university.

As you have not mentioned the programme name, so can't tell you the exact charges because charges varies from programme to programme.
The hostel charges also varies,they are offering from 1 seater to 6 seater room, so they charge according to the type of room and seater. -
