    The cost of living at California State University San Bernardino vary from individual to invidual and depend on the room type. All students must sing Student Housing License Agreement. A USD 100 non-refundable prepayment, applied to the Fall Semester 2023/Spring Semester 2024 balance or first term of the contract, is due in the Housing Portal after acknowledgement of the Student Housing License Agreement by students.
