How much experience (hours) do airlines look, to promote pilot from domestic pilot to international pilot (Indian pilots only)?

There is no such limitation. Those pilots who are hired on Wide body fleet like Boeing 777/787 and Airbus 350/380 fly the international route from the very first day onwards. Others who fly narrow body fleet like Airbus 320 or Boeing 737 are on the domestic sectors usually. Some small international sectors like Dubai, Singapore, Moscow etc. are also covered by narrow body fleet.
