  • The cutoff is released for every counselling round. As per the data collected from external sources, for M.Tech CSE in IIIT Delhi, candidates with a GATE score of above 60 and for ECE, a score above 65 shall be good enough to get selected.     The GATE score requirement for M.Tech at IIIT Delhi usually it depends on the following two factors:

    • Application category you are interested in. (GATE or Non-GATE)
    • M.Tech programme specification you are interested in.

    However, GATE Applicants will need a score above the qualifying marks set by GATE in that particular year. For some programs (like CSE), you will be eligible if you score above 600 based solely on GATE score (merit list). The are programs with lower cut-offs, where you might be called for PGCAT-IIITD (institute's written exam) if your GATE score falls below 600.
