The GATE score requirement for M.Tech at IIIT Delhi usually it depends on the following two factors:
- Application category you are interested in. (GATE or Non-GATE)
- M.Tech programme specification you are interested in.
However, GATE Applicants will need a score above the qualifying marks set by GATE in that particular year.
