The admissions to the MTech programmes of IIT Delhi are mainly on the basis of the GATE scores of the candidates. The cut-off scores of GATE eligibility change every year along with criteria like the area of specialisation, category of General, OBC, SC/ST, and the number of applications. It depends on the branches, in which IIT you applied for, your gate score, normalized score etc. Sometime it depends upon you interview performance and your first choice.
