The GATE score required for M.Tech admission at IIT Delhi depends on the specialisation and category of the candidate. For the General category, the cutoff typically ranges between 350 and 800. Candidates must meet or exceed the respective specialisation cutoff to be considered for admission. Other categories, such as OBC, SC, ST, or PwD, may have lower cutoff requirements.

For admission to an MTech course at IIT Delhi, candidates must have a GATE score greater than or equal to the cut-off marks. The cut-off varies across the MTech specialisations and reservation categories of the candidates.

In addition, the cutoff list mentions the minimum marks and ranks that the aspirants should have secured for selection. The overall cutoff for GATE may lie between 350 and 800 marks. This cutoff range is as per an unofficial source and hence, is indicative.

It depends on your category. Above 700 is a good great score and you could get a very good college irrespective of category.
