How much impact does graduation scores have on selection in MFC and the final placements?

Asked about Department of Finance and Business Economics, University of Delhi - MBA in Finance

I have only 53% in B.Com and got 92 percentile in CAT last year. Aiming for much better this year. Just curious whether my grad would make things difficult or not?
